This tool is a guide for HSRs to help identify bullying in the workplace. Bullying has a very specific definition in the Fair Work Act and sometimes what feels like bullying can actually be a reasonable management behaviour or organisational justice workplace problem. This guide will help HSRs if an experience is counted as bullying, so HSRs can act to make the workplace safer.
