Workplace First Aid

Use the checklist below to undertake a preliminary assessment of whether your employer is providing adequate first aid facilities and first aiders. When completing the checklist, refer also to the Victorian Compliance Code First Aid in the Workplace. The Compliance Code provides employers with two options on how to comply. Option 1 is the 'Prescribed Approach' and Option 2 is the 'Risk Assessment Approach'. For more information on these two approaches, check this FAQ on First Aid requirements.
