COMCARE'S FIRST PSYCH SAFETY FORUM FOR 2024

Comcare is inviting HSRs from licenced national employers in the Comcare scheme (subject to regulation under Commonwealth work health and safety laws) to its first Psychosocial Health and Safety Forum for 2024.

Following the successful inaugural event held as part of Safe Work Month in October last year, the biannual Forum is designed to enhance understanding of psychosocial hazards and risk management approaches, promote the use of validated tools and resources, and share examples of best practices.

The Forum will be facilitated by Comcare’s Director of Education and Engagement and will include the following program highlights:

  • Comcare regulatory and resource update
  • Psychosocial risk assessment in the workplace
  • Organisational case study presented by Services Australia
  • Panel discussion on identifying psychosocial hazards and risk assessment

The event is scheduled for Wednesday, May 15th, from 10 am to 12 pm via Microsoft Teams. Comcare HSRs are encouraged to register here.
