IT PAYS TO CARE NEW RESOURCES - FACT SHEETS & EMPLOYER TOOLS

It Pays to Care is an advocacy project that addresses the need to reduce work disability and to ensure work injury systems are fit for purpose.

It Pays to Care have released resources for injured workers and to assist employers in supporting workers after workplace injury. Each resource has been consultatively developed alongside worker representatives and experts in work injury management.

The It Pays to Care policy addresses the need to reduce work disability and to ensure work injury systems are fit for purpose. Worker resources include seven fact sheets that explain key parts of the workers compensation journey, the It Pays to Care podcast, and a range of key contacts.

Resources for employers include a Workplace Support Systems guide that provides clear instruction on how to support workers after workplace injuries, a Return to Work Planning guide, and case study modules to provide an opportunity for self-guided or group learning about how to effectively support workers who experience psychological workplace injury.

The It Pays to Care Podcast is available through all podcast streaming services.
