2. Go through your workplace, working through the items on the audit.
3. Input your results into our Hazardous Substances Safety Audit interface tool by marking each item ‘Y’ or ‘N’
4. Download the letter template, edit/complete the fields as necessary and send to your employer to work towards stronger safety measures to control hazardous substances in the workplace.
