Workplaces for Women Report Release and Online Forum

Over the past few months, more than 600 workers have shared their stories from gender-segregated industries. Last week we launched the findings from this work, along with seven recommendations to improve the experience of workers of all genders.

This interactive online event will take a deeper dive into the report, celebrate participants, and discuss the next steps in building fairer, safer workplaces.

We heard from women and non-binary workers in traditionally male-dominated fields such as transport, warehousing, manufacturing, construction, agriculture, and mining.
