OHS LIVESHOW: SEXUAL HARASSMENT AND NDAS

Join the OHS unit to hear about the newly announced formal consultation process for legislation to end the misuse of non-disclosure agreements (NDAs). The Live Show has been postponed to August 28, so you still can participate!!

NDAs are often misused to cover up sexual harassment - an OHS hazard that is entwined with work systems and culture. NDAs make it nearly impossible to implement effective controls and systems to prevent harassment.

The OHS Unit will be joined by Carolyn Dunbar from the Victorian Trades Hall Council (VTHC) Women's team, who will be discussing the campaign to end the misuse of NDAs and how this will have an impact on how HSRs ensure allegations of sexual harassment are addressed in workplaces. This is an online event via Zoom. A Zoom link will be sent to you when you register here.

When: August 28, 4pm - 5pm  RSVP here
