From 10 March - 16 March, Victoria recorded 

3,960 (+20%) total cases for the past week
4 COVID deaths on average each day over the past week  
114 (+21%) cases in hospital (7 day rolling average) with 4 in ICU (7 day rolling average) 

Cumulatively this equals 

7,399 Victorian COVID deaths (32 more than last week) 
2,873,731 cases recovered

As of 21 March, there had been  682,610,071 worldwide infections with COVID-related deaths worldwide numbering  6,820,379 (Source: Worldometer)
