From 16 February - 23 February, Victoria recorded:   

3,052 total cases for the past week (-8.5%) 
5 COVID deaths on average each day over the past week  
101 (-4.7%) cases in hospital (7 day rolling average) with 5 in ICU (7 day rolling average) 

Cumulatively this equals: 

7,317 Victorian COVID deaths (201 more than last week) 
2,864,332 cases recovered

Australia: As of 30 January, there have been 11,366,361 COVID cases and 19,373 COVID deaths (758 more than last week) 

World: As of 28 February there had been 679,923,702 worldwide infections. The number of official COVID-related deaths is now 6,799,864 (Source: Worldometer).
