THE WORKWELL LGBTIQA+ TOOLKIT

WorkSafe have expanded their WorkWell program to include Australia’s first dedicated LGBTIQA+ workplace mental health resource delivered by a Health and Safety Regulator.

The WorkWell program helps Australian employers and employees to manage and promote mentally healthy workplaces with resources, funding and networking.

This new WorkWell LGBTIQA+ Toolkit is a practical resource for employers to help ensure a safe and inclusive workplace for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, intersex, queer, asexual (LGBTIQA+) and can help to create safe, inclusive and more productive workplaces for everyone.

The Toolkit includes step-by-step guidance to manage the risks of gendered violence to LGBTIQA+ people in the workplace. There are case study videos so that you can see how the process works, and links to access additional support for workplaces, leaders and LGBTIQA+ people.

The Resources section has a range of guides, policy templates and examples, reporting templates and examples, and surveys. There is also a range of sticker files and posters for raising awareness your workplace.
