SEPTEMBER SAFETY SOAPBOX

The September edition of WorkSafe Victoria’s Safety Soapbox is now available. It has articles on Falling objects “a leading cause of death and serious injury in the construction industry”; an update on compliance and enforcement of the Engineered stone ban; and more.

The newsletter also has the construction industry statistics for August: there were 198 reported incidents, and 363 injuries claimed.
