COVID UPDATE

As of Tuesday 15^th November 2022, Victoria recorded:    

3,192 new daily infections     
11 COVID deaths    
351 hospitalisations, and 9 are in ICU.  

Cumulatively this equals:      

2,685,116 total Victorian infections    
5,918 Victorian COVID deaths (an increase of 46 since last week)

Australia: As of 15^th of November, there have been a total of 10,487,217 COVID cases (an increase of 63,651 since last week) and 15,881 deaths (an increase of 295 since last week).    

World: As of 15^th November, there had been 640,649,137 worldwide infections (638,070,148 last week). The number of official COVID-related deaths is now 6,616,556 (Source: Worldometer).      

VACCINATION UPDATE     

94.4% of all eligible Victorians (16+), as of 15^th November, have received their second dose, 95.5% their first dose.  For the third dose the figure is 70.1% (16+).    

The figure for all eligible Australians (16+), for the same date is First Dose 97.3%, Second Dose 95.9%, the third dose 69.2% and the fourth dose 24.6% (16+).
