BIENNIAL CONFERENCE ON WORKPLACE BULLYING AND HARASSMENT

The International Association on Workplace Bullying and Harassment (IAWBH) Local Organising committee invites you to join them in the ACT on June 2 – 5 for the biennial conference on workplace bullying and harassment.

IAWBH is the leading international conference dedicated to tackling workplace bullying, harassment, sexual harassment, and other harmful workplace experiences. Bringing together world-renowned academics, forward-thinking practitioners, and passionate advocates, IAWBH is where research meets action and global collaboration drives real change.

Keynote speakers include:

  • Elfi Bailien – Dept. Work and Organisation Studies at KU Leuven, Belgium
  • Tyler Okimoto – Faculty of Business Economics and Law at University of Queensland
  • Anna Booth – Fair Work Ombudsman
  • And a special chat with Sarah McKinnon – Fair Work Commissioner

This year the conference theme is "How do we solve a problem like..?" inviting you to respond with the key workplace issues in need of resolution, such as workplace bullying, harassment and sexual harassment, conflict, mistreatment, incivility and psychosocial hazards and risks, among other important experiences that can negatively impact people at work. The conference will put solutions front and centre, and spotlight bold interventions, innovative strategies, and measurable progress from around the world.
