Workplace Violence Safety Audit

Violence at the workplace is of increasing concern to many workers. Sometimes it is due to the workplace "clients", other times from people who are intruders. It is the employer's responsibility identify whether violence is a possible hazard and then take steps to control the risks to workers. Use this Workplace Violence Audit to assist you to identify if there is a problem and what might be done about it.
